About the Role
At LakeFusion, we’re reimagining Master Data Management with an AI-native platform built on Databricks. We’re seeking a versatile Marketing Specialist who thrives at the intersection of data, storytelling, and community. You’ll drive field marketing, sales enablement, and PR initiatives—helping shape LakeFusion’s narrative and broader positioning in the data & AI ecosystem.
What You’ll Do
Strategic Content Creation: Develop compelling campaigns, blogs, and multimedia content (webinars, podcasts, articles) that position LakeFusion as the premier AI-native MDM solution.
Field & Sales Enablement: Build and maintain critical enablement assets—battlecards, ROI one-pagers, demo scripts—to empower our sales engineers.
Comms & PR: Own press releases, analyst briefings, executive visibility (talks, awards, LinkedIn thought leadership).
Community & Ecosystem Engagement: Collaborate with data platform ecosystems, industry events, and digital communities to amplify LakeFusion’s presence.
Analytics & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance, pipeline impact, and share-of-voice to optimize messaging continuously.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
3–5 years in B2B SaaS marketing, particularly within data, AI, or field/product enablement.
A content-first mindset—adept at transforming technical topics into engaging, accessible narratives.
Familiarity with cloud data engineering concepts, MDM, or experience working alongside data platform ecosystems like Databricks.
Hands-on experience in PR, communications, or analyst relations.
Creative, energetic, strategic—and comfortable executing both big-picture initiatives and detailed tactics.
