About the Role
We are seeking a senior MDM Architect to serve as the onshore customer-facing lead for LakeFusion’s AI-native MDM platform. You’ll own the design and oversight of entity resolution, survivorship, and golden record strategies, working directly with client executives and technical teams. This role is less about “following a playbook” and more about guiding enterprises on how to modernize their MDM approach in the Databricks ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the solution architecture for LakeFusion implementations, defining matching strategies, survivorship rules, lineage, and governance frameworks.
Act as the trusted advisor and primary onshore contact for client stakeholders, bridging business priorities and technical execution.
Validate golden records at scale and drive resolution of complex edge cases with SMEs.
Partner with data engineers to shape standardization and quality frameworks.
Facilitate client workshops and enablement sessions to drive adoption and self-sufficiency.
Provide thought leadership and feedback to product/engineering to influence LakeFusion’s roadmap.
Qualifications
10+ years of experience in MDM, data governance, or enterprise data architecture.
Proven expertise in entity resolution, stewardship workflows, and enterprise data modeling.
Background with platforms like Informatica, Reltio, or Profisee, with strong interest in pioneering AI-native approaches.
Deep understanding of Databricks-native or cloud-first data strategies.
Exceptional communication and executive presence — able to engage both C-level and technical teams.
Hands-on SQL/data modeling experience to back strategic decisions with technical depth.
