The Opportunity
At Frisco Analytics, we aren't just building another dashboard; we are building LakeFusion, a patented Master Data Management (MDM) platform that operates natively on Databricks. As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will own the end-to-end development of the LakeFusion user experience—from designing complex data-grid interactions to architecting the resilient APIs that interface with our AI-driven entity resolution engine.
Role Summary
We are looking for a heavy-hitter who is equally comfortable optimizing a React component for rendering millions of rows as they are designing a scalable Microservices architecture. You will be a key player in transforming complex data relationships into clean, actionable, and beautiful software.
- Front-End Excellence: Lead the development of the LakeFusion UI using React.js (or Next.js), ensuring sub-second latency for complex data visualizations and entity relationship graphs.
- Back-End Architecture: Design and implement robust, scalable APIs using Node.js, Python (FastAPI/Flask), or Java/Spring Boot that can handle high-throughput data operations.
- State Management: Architect sophisticated state management solutions (Redux, MobX, or React Query) to handle real-time data updates from the Lakehouse.
- Data Integration: Build "Data-Aware" features that allow users to interact directly with Databricks Delta Tables and Unity Catalog via our API layer.
- Performance Tuning: Optimize the full stack for performance, focusing on lazy loading, server-side rendering, and database query optimization.
- Mentorship: Lead code reviews, define best practices for the India engineering hub, and mentor mid-level developers.
Security: Implement enterprise-grade authentication and authorization (OAuth2, SAML, RBAC) to protect sensitive master data.
Required Technical Stack
- Frontend: Expert in React.js, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3/Tailwind, and modern testing frameworks (Jest/Cypress).
- Backend: Strong proficiency in Node.js or Python, with experience building RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
- Database: Deep understanding of SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and experience working with NoSQL or Distributed Databases.
- Cloud/DevOps: Familiarity with AWS services and deploying containerized applications (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Tools: Proficient with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Data Background: Experience building Data Governance, MDM, or Analytics tools.
- Visualization: Experience with D3.js, Recharts, or Highcharts for representing complex data lineages.
- Databricks/Spark: Any experience interacting with Spark or Databricks APIs is a significant advantage.
- Product Thinking: A "Product First" mindset—you care as much about why a feature is built as how it is built.
