We are seeking a heavyweight Technical Delivery Manager based in Texas to champion our client consulting projects and spearhead the implementation of Lakefusion. If you have the technical battle scars, the leadership chops, and the data-wrangling expertise to solve complex enterprise pain points, we want you on our team.The Role: What You’ll DoAs a Technical Delivery Manager, you will bridge the gap between high-level business strategy and deep-dive technical execution. You will own the entire delivery lifecycle for our client consulting portfolio, ensuring our proprietary MDM platform, Lakefusion, is seamlessly integrated to solve our clients' toughest data challenges.

The mission
What You’ll Do
  • End-to-End Project Delivery: Own the execution, governance, and timely delivery of complex data consulting projects and enterprise Lakefusion implementations.
  • Client Consultation & Relationship Management: Act as the primary technical liaison and trusted advisor for Lakefusion clients. Understand their unique data pain points and architect clear, scalable solutions.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and unblock cross-functional teams of data engineers, architects, and analysts to ensure project milestones are met with high quality.
  • Technical Oversight: Provide hands-on guidance during data pipeline development, ensuring best practices in data architecture, scalability, and performance optimization.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify, track, and mitigate technical bottlenecks and project delivery risks before they impact timelines or client trust.
Your Toolkit

You are a rare breed: a seasoned delivery leader who isn't afraid to look at code, but can also command a room of C-suite executives. You know how to translate complex data infrastructure into business value, and you thrive on turning messy data pipelines into elegant architectures.Required Qualifications

  • Experience: A minimum of 10+ years of experience in a technical delivery, project management, or consulting leadership role specifically focused on data initiatives.
  • Data & Analytics Ecosystem: Strong, proven expertise working within Databricks environments.
  • Technical Core: Hands-on foundational knowledge of Python and Spark for big data processing and engineering pipelines.
  • Location: Must be based in the state of Texas to facilitate regional client engagement and potential on-site collaboration.
  • Eligibility: Must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder.

Preferred Qualifications (The "Cherry on Top")

  • Prior experience implementing Master Data Management (MDM) solutions (e.g., Informatica, Reltio, Semarchy) is a massive plus and will fast-track your onboarding with Lakefusion.
  • Strong understanding of data governance, data quality frameworks, and enterprise data warehousing.
